PROCESSING TIME

We strive to process all orders promptly. All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

CANCELLATION

Please note that once an order is placed, we cannot accommodate cancellations. If you wish to cancel an order, we kindly request that you do not accept delivery and instead, request a refund. You will receive a full refund for the canceled order.

SHIPPING TIME

Standard Shipping: Our standard delivery time is usually estimated to be 3-5 working days to the US.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping cost is FREE to the US unless you want to skip the line to have your order processed in priority and you can pay an extra $3.95.

UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER

Upon delivery, we advise you to thoroughly inspect the package and its contents to ensure they are intact and complete. If you find the parcel to be damaged or incomplete, please refuse delivery of the goods or sign the delivery receipt as “Damaged” and promptly contact us on the same day of delivery.

LOST ORDERS

All orders are tracked, and in the event that an order is lost by the mail company, we will issue you a refund or replacement (subject to availability of stock).
